For Aluminium extrusions, we can offer both Anodising and powder coating.
For Anodising, we can process lengths up
to 7 metres in colours of Natural (matt silver), Permak (bronze)
and Black in 7 to 25 micron thickness (some specials in thinner
microns). Permak is a fade resistant electrodeposition colouring
process.
We have an outwork capability catering for special needs within
our range such as house batch lots, security grille and sheet
to name but a few. |

Our Powder Coat plant offers the full colour
options that are available. Both surface finishing departments
are members of Window Association of New Zealand (WANZ). We
have a proven track record with a vast amount of surface coating,
being for the quality-conscious, domestic and export showerscreen
markets. All powdercoating is manufactured to the Enduro Colour
Standard (WANZ) and our Australian customer base to the AS3715
(2002) standard. |
